Joker turns himself over to the police to get inside Demon's Heaven, an island prison. But for what purpose? Meanwhile, Inspector Oniyama, whose life's work has been to catch Joker, is less than excited about Joker's arrest.

The military of Saffron Kingdom destroys Silver Heart’s house and retrieves the Blue Star, which he stole from the kingdom many years ago. Joker, Hachi, and Roko travel to Saffron Kingdom to take back the treasure.

There in the Pandora Kingdom they meet Secret Agent Clover, who is trying to steal the Pandora Key to further his plans for world domination, and French Secret Agent Silver, who's trying to stop him.
