Perospero Charlotte

Charlotte Perospero is the eldest child of the Charlotte Family and an officer of the Big Mom Pirates. He also serves as Totto Land's Minister of Candy, governing over Candy island.

Due to his actions and role, he is a major antagonist in the Whole Cake Island Arc.
