Angel Cop

In a future Japan plagued by frequent terrorism and corrupt law enforcement, a top police officer nicknamed Angel is known for her relentless pursuit of justice. She and her new partner investigate a string of murders targeting criminals, who are part of a psychic group that enforces their own brand of justice on the city's worst offenders. After several confrontations with the police, two of the psychics begin to question their actions, while the third embraces violence over ethics. Enhanced with cybernetic technology from an unknown origin, this psychic becomes a killer, setting his sights on Angel. Despite assistance from the other psychics and her partner, who becomes cyborged following an accident, Angel faces a difficult challenge in tracking down the rogue psychic and the organization supporting him.
