Concrete Revolutio: Choujin Gensou

In an alternate Japan set two decades after the war, during an era of rapid growth and development, various superhumans coexist. These beings include extraterrestrial Titans, mystical creatures, ancient phantoms, scientific cyborgs, and artifacts from lost civilizations. Some are open about their powers and publicly recognized, while others remain hidden. Opposition to superhumans exists in the form of secret organizations. The government has created the Superhuman Bureau, part of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, to monitor and manage these individuals. One of its agents, Jiro Hitoyoshi, serves as the main character.
