DIGITAL MONSTER X-evolution

A network-based virtual world known as the Digital World hosts digital life forms called Digimon, governed by a central system named Yggdrasil. This system initiates the X Program, designed to eradicate existing Digimon and replace them with a select group in a restructured Digital World. A new type of Digimon, the X-Digimon, emerges and is pursued by the Royal Knights. Yggdrasil plans to execute Project Ark, which aims to rebuild the Digital World by eliminating most digital life. The X-Digimon seeks to understand its purpose while attempting to safeguard all Digimon, potentially altering the Digital World permanently.
