Dr. Slump: Arale-chan - Hello! Fushigi Shima

A scientist is in love with a woman but is unable to express his feelings. He discovers a video left by his father explaining a method to create a love-inducing medicine. The recipe requires his own nose dirt and the tears of a ruler named King Gyasuka. Disgusted but determined, he builds a vehicle called PingPong and travels to an island where the king is believed to live. The scientist is clumsy, once mistaking a dryer for a weapon. Accompanied by Arale and Gaccahn, he embarks on the journey, hoping to achieve his goal.
