A floating, weightless space filled with countless colored lights is known as the "Box of Wisdom." Within it exist multiple worlds and timelines, once inhabited by various people. Dual and Dorothy battle entities called "Viruses," tasked with erasing worlds they infect. One day, they sense a new Virus and arrive to find a girl under attack. After rescuing her, they wait for her to wake, intending to learn her identity and origins. When she awakens, the girl introduces herself as Rimo and says, "I must return to the flower patch."
