Kurumi struggles with grief after her boyfriend Hal dies in a plane crash. She withdraws from life, unable to move forward. A scientist attempts to help by creating a highly realistic robot modeled after Hal, using advanced technology to replicate human emotions. Initially hesitant, Kurumi gradually begins to find solace in the robot's presence.
