Inuki Kanako Zekkyou Collection: Gakkou ga Kowai!

A comic adaptation portrays Bukida, a student disliked by his classmates due to his unappealing appearance. He is infatuated with Matsuko and follows her, believing she secretly reciprocates his feelings despite her rejections. Bukida dies in a traffic accident, which Matsuko finds comforting. After his death, he returns as a zombie, expressing his eternal love for her.
