Kaitei Sanman Mile

After returning from a sea voyage, Isamu encounters Angel, a sea-dweller, on a volcanic island. They are attacked by a fire-breathing dragon and flee using the boat See Through. Angel then invites Isamu to visit her underwater kingdom known as Atlas.
