Kakkou no Iinazuke

A high school student discovers he was switched at birth and meets his real parents. On that day, he meets a girl from a wealthy school who asks him to pretend to be her boyfriend to avoid an arranged marriage. They soon learn they were the babies who were switched and are already engaged. Their families approve the engagement, and they start living together.
