Kyou no Go no Ni (2008)

This anime continues the story from the earlier OVAs and focuses on the everyday lives of fifth-grade students in the second classroom as they experience various adventures and grow into teenagers. It portrays their games, humor, and early misunderstandings about relationships with the opposite sex. Ryota Satou is the central character, though his friends play nearly as significant a role, as the dynamics of the class would change without them. The girls, who often seem more mature for their age, ultimately reveal themselves to be just as, or even more, childish and unpredictable as the boys.
