Magic is fading in society, and Atsuko Kagari, an enthusiastic girl, enrolls at Luna Nova Academy to pursue her goal of becoming a witch, inspired by the legendary Shiny Chariot, who vanished years ago. On her journey, she befriends Lotte Yanson and Sucy Manbavaran, sharing a dorm room with them. Atsuko faces challenges as she lacks a magical background and must learn the academy's curriculum from the beginning. She discovers an object linked to Chariot and seeks to unlock the Shiny Rod's powers, hoping it will reveal the truth behind her idol's disappearance.
