A collaboration between Anime Innovation Tokyo, THINK Corporation, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, this animated project supports independent creators and small studios. It features Haley, a student at a wizardry school who enjoys racing on flying broomsticks with friends. A teacher introduces magic goggles that measure speed when worn, prompting a competition among students to find the fastest moving object in their environment. After losing to Haley, Peter challenges him to another race, and they take an unfinished advanced broomstick to the human world.
