Set 26 years after the events of Touch, a high school once celebrated for its baseball team struggles to regain its former success. Two stepbrothers, both second years at Meisei Academy Middle School, seek to restore the team's reputation and compete in the National High School Baseball Championship. One excels as a catcher and batter, while the other, despite having exceptional pitching skills, no longer pitches due to a personal reason. As they move to high school, the brothers work together as a battery, striving to bring back the glory of their school’s baseball program.
