Mr. Pen Pen

A penguin named Pen-Pen, dressed in a hat and tie, arrives unannounced at Mika's home and brings along his eccentric companions. He is the prince of Penguin Land. The story is based on a manga by Muroyama Mayumi, which was serialized in Shougaku Ninensei.
