Earth initiated space colonization through the establishment of the Next Colonies, which later broke away to form the Next Government, sparking a war. During the conflict, multi-purpose Metal Vehicles were modified for combat. A faction known as Terra, part of the Earth Rebellion, has escalated tensions against Earth. A mysterious MV-like entity, referred to as S.A.C or "S," has emerged, drawing interest from Next, who believe it could turn the tide of the war. Terra's psychic leader, Hal, has been detecting S and seeks to understand its capabilities. The fates of these factions may rest with a group of outlaws residing on the abandoned Next 7 colony, though this remains unknown.
