Sasuga no Sarutobi

A seventeen-year-old student named Nikumaru attends Ninja High School, an institution dedicated to training ninja. Despite being short and overweight, he has a powerful ability called the "kamikaze," which generates a whirlwind using his feet. The series showcases his various adventures and pranks as he faces off against rivals both within and outside of school.
