A boy named Don-chan is repeatedly targeted by a classmate named Yaragase. Another student, Boku, observes these incidents and begins to consider how he should respond. This anime was one of four selected in 2011 to receive 38 million yen (about US$470,000) from the Young Animator Training Project. That year, the animation labor group received 214.5 million yen (US$2.65 million) from Japan’s Agency for Cultural Affairs, with most of the funding allocated to studios involved in training young animators through hands-on experience.
