Kouki Narumi is a high school student who secretly creates a risqué romantic comedy manga published in a weekly magazine, known only to his sister Toa and best friend Mihiro. When student council president Kaoruko Rokuonji discovers his identity as the manga's author while seeking male members, Kouki agrees to join the council in return for her silence. His membership is opposed by the vice president, Ashe R. Sakuragi. As Kouki navigates the student council, he faces increasing student requests and complications.
