Wind: a breath of heart OVA

A young boy named Makoto and his sister Hinata return to their hometown, Kazenone City, in search of their missing mother. Upon their return, they are greeted by friends and childhood acquaintances. Through interactions with them, Makoto starts to realize something significant. As the story unfolds in this enigmatic town, a harmonica's melody and heartfelt emotions mark the beginning of their journey.
