A young man from the mainland journeys to the troubled land of Esteria, where it is under attack by beasts manipulated by an evil priest. The people of Esteria face growing danger as time runs short. A prophecy speaks of a savior from outside the land arriving to help them, and this savior is said to be named Adol Christin.
