When Lucy was always alone and feeling sad at school, Chloe offers to become her friend. They started to become good friends until the day Chloe was about to be hit by a car and Lucy used her power to save her, stopping the car by destroying the road. However, Chole is unaware Lucy was the one that did that since her friend immediately ran away and never came again after that incident.
