A young writer named Higurashi Tsugumi, who lost his parents and maid in a fire during childhood, returns to his family's former home at age 15 in hopes of overcoming a creative slump. While there, he encounters an unexpected surprise tied to his past. A short interlude titled "Shoes That Don't Fit" is also included.
