A global initiative was launched in anticipation of a predicted disaster, leading to the Seven Seeds project. Before a meteor struck, governments froze young, healthy individuals to ensure human survival. Once Earth was deemed habitable again, these individuals were revived. In Japan, five groups—Winter, Spring, Summer A, Summer B, and Fall—were formed, each with seven members and a guide. The guides carried poison to use if necessary. Seven shelters, known as "Fuji," were prepared for the groups, each containing seeds and survival-related books.
