The Redia Empire, seeking to rid the world of magic, launched a campaign to eliminate all witches. Adonis, an apprentice to a witch he cherished, was a child when this persecution began. His mentor was killed by the empire, prompting Adonis to seek vengeance. He intends to use his magical abilities to bring retribution.
