Kusunoki once thought he had a promising future, but as he nears twenty, he's an unremarkable college student without ambition, direction, or financial stability. Upon discovering the option to sell the remainder of his life, he decides to keep only three months left. He spends this time with Miyagi, a monitor, which leads him to either ruin his last opportunity for happiness or unexpectedly find it. The story includes two additional chapters.
