Kaguya Hime

On Kabuchi-jima, a group of ten children was raised as sacrifices under the rule of a royal figure. Some believed they had escaped their predetermined fate by leaving the island. However, years later, they continue to die in the same sequence and at the same times as originally planned. The only way to stop this is for them to regroup and return to the island to uncover and eliminate the cause behind the deaths—the myth of a lunar princess who craves blood—before it is too late.
