Arisawa enrolls at Jougaouka High School to reconnect with his childhood crush, who now works there as a nurse. The person he once knew as Masami appears to have become unrecognizably different. His friend Kouji's romantic interest in him adds to the complications. Arisawa remains focused on the nurse, hoping that understanding the changed, mature version might reveal a positive side.
