Four years after the events of *Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS*, a young girl named Vivio, the reincarnation of the Sankt Kaiser Olivie Segbrecht, begins her fourth year of elementary school. She receives her own intelligence device, Sacred Heart, and gains the ability to transform using her adult Sankt Kaiser form. Vivio meets Einhart Stratos, a girl descended from another Sankt Kaiser ruler, Claus G.S. Ingvalt. Einhart seeks to prove her combat style is superior, and Vivio befriends her. Alongside her friends, they participate in a martial arts tournament, facing various opponents and uncovering details about their past lives. A one-shot collaboration with *Fate/stay night* is included in Volume 2.
