Okusama ga Seito Kaichou!

Izumi Hayato campaigns for student body president, but loses to a charismatic girl who promotes liberal attitudes toward love and distributes condoms during her speech. He becomes vice president instead. During a student council meeting, the new president visits Izumi’s home and declares herself his wife, citing a childhood agreement made between their parents when they were three years old, which is later reinforced with the influence of alcohol.
