Prunus Girl

A boy named Maki checks his high school entrance exam results and meets a girl who appears very attractive. He is surprised to learn that she, named Aikawa Kizuna, attends the same school and is in his class. Maki's excitement turns to surprise when he discovers that Aikawa is actually male.
