Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!?

Satomi Koutaro moves into a low-cost apartment for his high school years, only to discover it is haunted by a cute ghost that previously forced others to leave. Soon after, the apartment becomes a site of conflict as magical girls and other distinct female characters arrive, turning it into a kind of battleground.
