Mayama Haruki and Himemiya Tsukiko were close childhood friends until a girls-only gathering in fourth grade caused Himemiya to cut ties with Mayama. Years later, they are second-year middle school students with very different personalities—Mayama enjoys teasing girls and has a perverted streak, while Himemiya is a top student with a perfect academic record. Their paths cross again when Mayama uncovers Himemiya's hidden secret and the truth behind the girls-only meeting that once drove them apart. As a result, Mayama must assist in keeping the secret while Himemiya tries to understand what it means.
