In post-war Japan, a government-backed system of structured combat known as the "Tokyo Loop Line Duels" is used to enforce order. Each station on the Yamanote line is represented by a participant who fights to maintain control over their area. Losing a duel can result in significant personal losses, including relationships, wealth, or more severe consequences. By 2020, a new station has been added, prompting competition among participants. Koinosuke, a well-known newcomer, is eager to enter the contest for dominance. The outcome remains uncertain as the battle for control intensifies.
