Youkai Apaato no Yuuga na Nichijou

After losing his parents in an accident, Yushi Inaba moved in with his uncle's family and is now sixteen, seeking independence by moving into a high school dorm. When the dorm is destroyed by fire, he struggles to find a new place and eventually rents an apartment for 25,000 yen per month, only to discover it is haunted. Living among various supernatural tenants, Yushi begins his high school life in an unusual setting. The story is adapted from a novel series by Hinowa Kouzuki and includes two additional chapters.
