Ryofu cosplays a doctor and orders Ryomou to strip naked. Ryomou nervously questions Ryofu, but Ryofu interrupts Ryomou and begins caressing her whilst taking her clothes off. Ryomou begins to sob as Ryofu successfully strips her down and begins to rub her skin as Ryomou begins to moan. Suddenly Hakufu enters and yells at Ryofu, who tells her that she's been approved to do to Ryomou as she wishes. Hakufu then leaves as a helpless Ryomou begs for help in her head.
