Using his remote connection, the boss tells Doppio to use the portion of his King Crimson's ability to predict Risotto's movements. Doppio sees a vision of a pair of scissors in his throat before they appear and has the presence of mind to remove them quickly. He deduces that Risotto’s ability is to use the iron within a body to create metallic objects. Next, Doppio sees a vision of a severed foot and, sensing Risotto's direction throws the scissors and cuts off Risotto's foot, making Risotto aware of Doppio's pre-cognitive abilities. As Risotto reattaches his severed foot with metal staples, he realizes that Doppio displays two different personalities. Risotto presses his attack, draining the iron from Doppio's body, weakening him and depriving him of oxygen leaving him unable to breathe. Risotto prepares to finish off Doppio, slowly coming to the realization of Doppio's real identity through his display of two personalities. However, Doppio throws scalpels created by Risotto in the direction of Bucciarati's group, attracting their attention, and Risotto is suddenly shot from behind by Aerosmith which was scouting the area and detected Risotto's breathing.
