The UN fear that an arms race may start after the failed invasion and also fear that the immortal Efy Dolgh clones like Kennosuke and Muetta may pose a threat to humanity. Zeru tells the story of how he came to Earth with others of his race to find allies and fight the Efy Dolgh, but only found Kennosuke and Yukihime alive. They trained them to control the captured Kuromukuro and defeated the Efy Dolgh, but only Kennosuke and Zeru survived the battle. In the new climate of suspicion, Dr. Hausen has Muetta is fitted with a controlling collar and Kennosuke is treated as a threat. Kennosuke resolves to travel to Zeru's planet with Zeru and Muetta to fight the Efy Dolgh.
