A massive dragon attacks the town and its up to the student council members to help out. While fighting it, Eco is captured by this dragon. Eco is sent to a workshop which is used to make Arcs. Then she meets a person named Navi. Navi explains the situation and how Eco can help it by creating an Arc. (Source: Wikipedia)
