An agent of Ikkhi Uchikowashi and close aide to General Secretary Buster Tetsuo. An cold-hearted follower of revolutionary ideas who ruthlessly carries out her missions. According to the narrator's remarks, her ample bosom causes her to have quite the presence in any situation.

Her uncanny resemblance to Dragon Gendoso's daughter, Yukano, causes her to constantly run into Ninja Slayer, who promised to protect her.

Her real name is Dragon Yukano, the daughter of Dragon Gendoso, Fujikido's master: initially teased in Neo-Saitama in Flames, her identity is finally confirmed in Kyoto: Hell on Earth.
