She was born in Sapporo city but grew up in Kushiro. After graduating from Nihon University College of Arts, she made her debut in the 4th comic "Nearly Death !! Ekoda chan" depicting the 24-year-old freeters girls' daily life in 2004. Since then, she has developed a wide range of creative activities focusing on animes and essays. After living in Tokyo, she currently lives in Sapporo City.
