Hinata focuses intensely on preparing for high school entrance exams, only to receive shocking news that Takahashi, a classmate she has long admired, will be attending a distant school. As she realizes that people she assumed would remain in her life are departing, she becomes deeply depressed. This emotional distress leads to a fever just days before the crucial examination. Despite her illness and low spirits, Rei appears on the morning of the test to accompany her, walking to school together as she faces the challenge.
