The Starlight Queen Cup is rescheduled for spring, opening eligibility to all middle school students. Otome asks the girls to assist her in relocating from her current dormitory, which is designated for the incoming Starlight Queen. Sakura, having previously lost to Otome, maintains distance, believing she is not yet worthy of entering the new residence. During her rigorous training, Otome offers Sakura encouragement to bloom like a flower. On the day of the competition, Akari and her peers are eliminated in the first round. Sakura advances through the tournament and is crowned the new Starlight Queen. Following her victory, the group hosts a celebratory party to honor her achievement.
