Nono and Risa receive an offer to perform for the Urban Girls Collection and decide to acquire Dolly Devil Premium Dresses. On the way to Dolly Devil's headquarters, Nono gets separated from Risa and encounters a peculiar woman. She accidentally stains the woman's dress and helps wash it. After reuniting with Risa, the pair explains their performance goals to the stranger. They subsequently discover that the woman is Lucy Kisaragi, Dolly Devil's top designer. Inspired by their encounter, Lucy creates special Premium Dresses for Nono and Risa to use in their upcoming concert.
