Otome neglects her own needs while organizing the schedule, refusing to adjust the timetable despite her exhaustion. As the Starlight Festival begins, the Dream Academy girls discover her situation and meet with the Star Academy girls, who explain that Otome is working tirelessly as Starlight Queen to create lasting memories for graduating middle school students. Ichigo, Aoi, and Ran locate Otome, who has been rushing across the campus all day, and persuade her to join them on stage. Following the event, Starlight Academy wins the Festival & Carnival. Consequently, idols from both schools decide to unite and form a new group named Dream Star.
