Maria seeks to understand Otome better after their friendship grew during the Partner's Cup. Meanwhile, Makoto struggles to design a Constellation Premium Dress for Happy Rainbow. Maria finds Otome at a kindergarten, which is revealed to be her home, and assists with preparations for a production of The Wizard of Oz. This activity triggers memories for Otome regarding a girl named Nagisa, who suffered from severe stage fright. Otome recalls confessing her own fear of heights and never having used a slide to Nagisa, who felt she could not be like Otome. Together, they worked to overcome these fears. On the day before the play, Otome conquered her fear of heights on a slide, encouraging Nagisa to perform. Inspired by Otome’s smile, Makoto finishes the dress. After the performance, Otome is surprised to see Makoto brought Nagisa to watch.
