Raki decides to host a three-day event named Aikatsu on Parade. She invites the Starlight idols to take part, and they all accept the invitation except for Mizuki. Mizuki voices her opinion that Raki fails to grasp the sacrifices other idols make for this event. Determined to ensure the success of the gathering, Raki designs a stage intended to help the Starlight idols shine brightly during the performance.
