Raki sends Hinaki and Juri back to Starlight Academy, but accidentally transports Aine, Mio, and herself there as well while chasing her sister. The group reunites with Hinaki and Juri and meets their friends Sumire Hikami and Akari Ōzora. Starlight Academy is hosting a Halloween event featuring a costume contest where the two winning idols perform as a unit. Karen and Mirai have also been transported to the academy and are assisting with the contest preparations. The characters aim to investigate the status of Raki's Aikatsu pass during this chaotic series of events.
