After Seiya delivers a harsh verdict about the park's lack of belief, Isuzu offers him delicious croquettes. Intrigued by the food, Seiya meets Park manager Latifa Fleuranza, who reveals that the staff are residents of a magical land. She explains that the park faces closure if it fails to attract sufficient visitors within a set timeframe. Consequently, she asks Seiya to assume the manager role to save the park, promising to grant him magical powers in exchange for his assistance.
